Delivery Information
At Unlock Wellness Box, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are pleased to offer delivery across all of Australia, using Australia Post for reliable and secure shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: $14.95 per address, for all orders within Australia.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $120 within Australia.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Receipt Information:
- For your convenience, a receipt will not be included in the box. Instead, your receipt will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
